Keep a journal and breeze through your doctor visits.When your allergens are identified, keep a list of them handy. As the months and years pass, it is very easy to forget the details. Was it Red Beans or Kidney Beans you are supposed to be avoiding? Keep a reminder with you when shopping or eating out and you can avoid some of the allergy misery and the fog of allergy medications.
Getting treatment? Keep good records of your progress. How far has your sensitivity been reduced? Can you change how frequently you are exposed to the allergen? Or are some allergies getting worse? Good notes can make all the difference.
